Terms
Terms of service
Last updated 29 October 2026
These terms govern use of Tejas Autopilot, operated by Logicloom LLP, India. By subscribing you agree to them.
1. What the service is
Tejas Autopilot is a subscription that provides some or all of the following, depending on the plan: answers to customer messages on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and IndiaMART; marketing material such as posters, cards and brochures; a festival and occasion calendar; advertising reports and management; a customer list with follow-ups; quotations, GST invoices, payment links and a storefront page; and reports.
Plans and what each includes are described on our pricing page. Features marked “Being built now” are not part of the service until they are released.
2. Subscription, billing and taxes
- Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance, in Indian rupees. Each invoice is due within 7 days.
- Prices exclude GST, which is charged in addition at the applicable rate, currently 18%.
- Upgrades and downgrades: an upgrade takes effect at once, and the rest of that month is charged by the day at the new price. A downgrade takes effect on the first day of the next month.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops the next month's bill.
3. Advertising spend is separate, and yours
This is the most commonly misunderstood point, so it is stated plainly:
- Your subscription pays for the service. It does not include the money you spend on advertising.
- Advertising spend and WhatsApp per-conversation charges are payable to Meta and Google directly, under your own billing with them. We never collect your ad spend.
- There is no separate fee for managing your advertising: it is included in every plan.
- Where you authorise us to manage campaigns, we operate within the spend limits set on your account. You remain responsible for the spend.
- We do not guarantee any advertising result. Results depend on your market, your offer and your pricing.
4. The counter
The counter, where people and AI assistants can find your published offers and order or book, is included in every plan. There is no fee on sales made through it. Buyers pay you directly, into your own payment account. You decide what is published there and can pause or end any offer.
5. Growth Partners
Your Growth Partner helps set up and look after your account and can see it for that purpose. Growth Partners are independent contractors paid by Logicloom LLP, not its employees or agents. Logicloom LLP is responsible for the Tejas Autopilot service. A partner is responsible for their own advice and actions, and must follow Logicloom's rules on confidentiality and data.
6. Your account and your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the catalogue, prices and policies you approve. The assistant answers customers using what you provide.
- You are responsible for what is sent from your business's WhatsApp number, social-media pages and advertising accounts, including messages the assistant sends on your instruction.
- You must comply with the rules of the platforms you connect, particularly WhatsApp Business policies and Google Ads policies. Breaching them can result in your number or ad account being restricted by them, which is outside our control.
- You must have a lawful basis for messaging the people you message, and for any customer data you upload.
- You must keep your login details secure.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Tejas Autopilot to send unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate another business, to promote anything unlawful, or to handle content that is fraudulent, hateful or sexually explicit. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.
8. Automated replies: what to expect
- The assistant answers from the information you provide. It is instructed not to state a price or commitment you have not given it, and the platform checks its replies against your catalogue before sending.
- No automated system is perfect. You should review conversations, particularly early on, and you can take over any conversation at any time.
- You can switch automated replies off entirely.
- WhatsApp permits free-form replies only within 24 hours of a customer's message. Outside that window only templates approved by WhatsApp may be sent. This is WhatsApp's rule, not ours.
9. What we own, and what you own
- You own your content, your customer data and the material generated for you: text, images and documents. You may export all of it at any time.
- We own the platform itself: the software, the interface and the systems underneath. Your subscription is a licence to use it, not a transfer of it.
10. Service levels and availability
- We aim to keep the service available continuously, and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can.
- An uptime commitment applies only where your plan states one.
- Outages at Meta, Google, payment providers or your connectivity are outside our control and are not counted against any commitment.
11. Cancellation
- You may cancel at any time; the service continues to the end of the paid term.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law, or where we have failed to provide the service and cannot fix it. You can cancel at any time: the month already paid is not refunded, and no further bill is raised.
- Your data is available for export for 90 days after the term ends.
- We may end the service for non-payment, or for a breach of section 7, with notice and a chance to put it right where the breach allows one.
12. Liability
- The service is provided in good faith and with reasonable skill and care, but without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid in that period.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business, or for advertising spend, or for action taken against your accounts by Meta or Google.
- Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to subscribers by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the change.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
