Tejas Autopilot is operated by Logicloom LLP, India. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we will not do. It covers the businesses who subscribe to Tejas Autopilot, the customers who message those businesses, the Growth Partners who look after them, and visitors to this website.
1. Different people, different roles
- Subscribers: the businesses who use Tejas Autopilot. We are the controller of their account data.
- Their customers: people who message a subscriber on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or IndiaMART. For that data the subscriber is the controller and Logicloom LLP is the processor. We handle it on their instructions and do not use it for our own purposes.
- Growth Partners: local partners who set up and look after a subscriber's account. A partner sees the accounts of the businesses they look after, and only those. Within those accounts a partner can do what a manager can, such as setting up channels, editing the catalogue and approving posts, but cannot create staff logins or keys, change the owner's email or password, or open any other business. Every action a partner takes is recorded and shown to the owner. Partners are independent of Logicloom and must keep subscriber data confidential, use it only to look after that subscriber, and follow Logicloom's data rules.
- Visitors to this website, and people who fill in our enquiry or partner forms.
2. What we collect
From subscribers
- Business name, contact name, phone number, email address, city.
- Billing and GST details where applicable.
- Account credentials you connect (WhatsApp Business, Meta, Google Ads, IndiaMART), stored encrypted (see section 5).
- What you give the assistant to use: your catalogue, prices, policies, documents and preferred tone.
From your customers, on your behalf
- Phone number or social-media profile name.
- Messages exchanged with your business, so the conversation has history and your team can see it. A voice note is turned into text and the text is kept; the audio itself is not stored.
- Which advertisement or link the enquiry came from, so you can tell which marketing produced real business.
- Whether they agreed to receive marketing messages from you.
- Anything they choose to tell you in a message.
From visitors to this website
- Only what you type into our enquiry form (name, mobile number, business, city and an optional message) or our Growth Partner form (name, mobile number, city, current work and how many business owners you know), submitted with your consent.
- This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers your light or dark theme choice in your own browser, and that never leaves your device.
- Our servers and network provider keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure. Traffic passes through Cloudflare, which processes it under its own privacy policy. Our servers, in India, keep these logs for 180 days.
3. What we do with it
- Operate the services a subscriber has switched on: answering messages, making marketing material, reporting on advertising, keeping the customer list, issuing quotations and invoices.
- Show subscribers which advertising produced enquiries and revenue.
- Reply to enquiries and partner applications from this website.
- Contact subscribers about their account and about service problems.
- Meet legal and tax obligations in India.
4. What we do not do
These are commitments, not preferences.
- We do not sell data. Not to anyone, in any form.
- We do not use your data, or your customers' data, to train AI models.
- We do not pool data across subscribers. One business's information is never used to answer another business's customer.
- We do not send your data to third-party AI providers. Language and image models run on hardware operated by Logicloom LLP in India.
- We do not read your conversations except where you ask us to for support, or where we are legally required to.
The counter is where people and AI assistants can find a subscriber's offers and order or book. It shows only what the subscriber publishes there: the business name and city, its published offers, their prices and availability, and its public counter page. When someone orders, their details go only to that business, to fulfil the order. Nothing about a subscriber's own customers or conversations is shared through the counter.
5. How it is protected
- Credentials for connected accounts are encrypted at rest with a key held outside the database, and are retrieved only for the account they belong to.
- Each subscriber's data is separated at the record level; a request can only ever return data belonging to the account making it.
- Generated files are served through signed, expiring links marked private.
- Access to production systems is limited to staff who need it.
- No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you.
6. Services we connect to
When a subscriber switches these on, data passes to them under their own terms:
- Meta: WhatsApp Business messaging, Facebook and Instagram messages and comments, and Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Google: Google Ads campaign management and reporting, and Google Business Profile.
- IndiaMART: buyer enquiries sent to the subscriber.
- Payment providers: for payment links and settlement.
- Email and SMS providers: for delivery only.
Data obtained from Google APIs is used only to provide the features you have enabled, is shown only to you, and is never sold, transferred for advertising purposes, or used to train models. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Where data lives, and for how long
- Data is stored on infrastructure operated by Logicloom LLP in India, and with the service providers named above.
- Account data is kept while your subscription is active.
- After cancellation we keep it for 90 days so it can be restored or exported, then delete it, except where tax law requires us to keep invoices for longer.
- Conversation records are kept for as long as you need them and can be deleted on request.
- Enquiry and partner-form submissions from this website are kept for 12 months, then deleted, unless the person became a subscriber or a partner.
8. Your rights
- Export: your chats, customers, documents and files, in full, at any time.
- Correction: ask us to fix anything inaccurate.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your account and its data.
- Withdraw consent: disconnect any connected account, which stops all activity on it immediately. If you filled in a form on this website, write to us and we will delete what you sent.
If you are a customer of a business that uses Tejas Autopilot and want your data corrected or removed, contact that business; they control it. If you cannot reach them, write to us and we will help.
Grievance officer under India's data-protection law: Kapil Goondli, Logicloom LLP, [email protected].
9. Children
Tejas Autopilot is a tool for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will tell subscribers by email before it takes effect. The date at the top always shows the current version.
